Lessons are taught privately, carrying out everyday movements such as sitting, walking, bending, and speaking with the verbal and physical guidance of a teacher. You will increase your awareness of how you habitually use your body, and learn how to apply the technique to any activity in your life. The Alexander Technique is an education rather than a therapy, though many find  lasting therapeutic benefits.
